began his legal career working for an international organisation specialising in copyrights and was elected to the Toulouse Legal Association in 1994 while working in a practice which specialised in business law. He holds a DESS ( a French post-graduate qualification) in business law, having specialised in an International option.

He was formerly head of teaching in the Toulouse Business School as well as at the Toulouse University of Social Sciences. His main activity is company law, he advises companies on legal matters and has represented in court many businesses both French and foreign and particularly Spanish and British.

is a former member of the legal department of one of the biggest French automobile parts manufacturers. He holds a DESS (a French post-graduate qualification) in business law, having taken an International option, as well as a Diploma in Legal Advice for Businesses (DJCE). In 1995 he was elected to the Toulouse Legal Association.

His main activities cover contracts and taxes and he gives advice in these areas and has represented in court both French and foreign clients the majority of whom have been Swiss.
