The Practice was created in 1969 by the President of the Bar Jean Lassus and is currently established in two geographic areas (Toulouse and Saint Gaudens) and is made up of 4 associate lawyers.

The practice handles a wide range of law both in the judicial and legal fields, both for companies and private individuals. The practice is regularly involved in the field of company and tax law (contract law, IT law, company law, etc.), in the field of law relating to companies in difficulty, in civil and commercial debt recovery and the field of social law.

It also has expertise in civil and patrimonial law, in particular that relating to estate inheritance and property management.

The practice has developed a policy of quality service to its clients, in particular by analysing the needs and objectives to be attained, together with the means to be implemented, prior to any action being taken.

The quality of our services is also guaranteed by the code of ethics which govern the profession of Lawyer, at the head of which are those relating to honesty and professional confidentiality.
